What are DIY semicured gel nail stickers?

WHAT ARE SEMICURED GEL NAIL STICKER?
Semicured gel nail stickers represent the newest innovation in nail care. Imagine salon-quality gel nail polish, but in the form of a sticker! With these, you can achieve beautiful gel nails at home for a fraction of the price, without the risk of nail damage or the hassle of long drying times.
The gel polish is 60% cured, making the stickers flexible, stretchable, and extremely easy to apply. Simply peel off a sticker, place it on your natural nails, and cure it under a UV/LED lamp for 90 seconds. The sticker will harden to conform to your nail's shape, and with 20 stickers provided, you can find a perfect fit for any nail size. There's no need for soaking to remove them—just gently lift them off, thanks to their adhesive backing.
Will it damage my nails?
No. Our products are 100% safe, and your natural nails will not be damaged after removal of stickers.
How long will it take to do nails?
You can do nails done anywhere, anytime in less than 10 minutes!
It might take a bit longer on your first try, although you'll get it done in 10 minutes on your 2nd or 3rd try.
Can I use gel nail stickers as extensions?
No, gel nail stickers are not intended to be used as extension; instead, they are designed to add a thin layer of gel on natural nails.
Why Early lifting / not staying on for long?
If you're noticing early lifting or your Gel nail stickers aren't lasting as long as expected, several factors could be contributing. Since Gel nail stickers are a newer nail technology, it may take some time to perfect the application. Here are some common reasons for early lifting:
- Extensions: Were the stickers applied beyond the length of your natural nails? Gel nail stickers are specifically designed for natural nails, not extensions.
- Water exposure: Did the stickers come into contact with water within 1-2 hours after application? This can interfere with the curing process.
- Under-curing: Were the stickers fully cured under a UV lamp until they hardened? If you can press into the stickers, they haven’t fully cured.
- Contact with skin: Are the stickers touching your cuticles or skin? Natural oils from your skin can reduce adhesion.
- Pre-application prep: Did you clean your nails with an alcohol wipe and allow them to dry? Dehydrating the nail surface helps the stickers adhere better.
- Nail bed texture: Did you lightly roughen the nail surface before applying? While not required, it can improve the stickers' grip.
- Pressure: Did you apply pressure around the edges to seal the stickers? This step is essential for long-lasting wear.
- Sunlight exposure: Were the stickers exposed to sunlight for more than 5 minutes before application? UV rays can start the curing process too early.
- Trimming and filing: Did you trim and file excess sticker material before curing? Excessive filing after curing can lead to lifting.
- Oily nails: Do you have naturally oily nail beds?
Oils can weaken the stickers' adhesion over time.
Are your products vegan free?
All nail stickers are made cruelty and vegan free.

What should I do if I get the wrong item or a defective one?
We apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
Please email us at info@ritzygel.com with your order number. Include 3 photos of the item, so we can assist you as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes! We can definitely assist with updating your address, as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet. If it hasn’t, please email us your new address with "URGENT" in the subject line.
If your order has already been shipped, don’t worry! We’ll coordinate with the courier to redirect it to the correct address.
Return and Exchange
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. (If you're unsure about the design, please don't open the packaging and contact us first, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the packaging is opened).
- You’ll need to provide photos of the item and proof of purchase (such as a receipt).
- The item must be purchased at full price (clearance items are final sale, with no change-of-mind returns allowed).
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or abnormal use are not eligible for refund, exchange, or repair by By Me & Crew.
How to Start a Return:

Include photos of the item to help us assess its condition.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for faulty products that need to be returned) and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Additional Information:
- If returning part of a bundle, the original bundle pricing will no longer apply.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll provide a free return shipping label. You can drop off the item at your local post office.
- For returns due to a change of mind, a return label fee will apply.
